Dealing with Bobby Brouse and manager Eddie Esquivel at i-95 Nissan was and still is a nightmare! They manipulated, lied, and misrepresented prices on lease agreement. They took my trade-in and never paid me for it. These people should not be scamming the public. The owner doesn't seem to care employing scammers. Stay away from I-95 Nissan in Riviera Beach Florida. I'm an elderly disabled person and they took advantage of me. That's low and proves that they have no conscious or morals.
I stopped in to get the battery keys replaced. Phil and Matt very quickly and courteously took care of me. As I waited, even another young man from the service department approved to assist me. Thank you for an awesome experience today.

The staff made my experience getting an oil change today very pleasant. I was a walk in so I did wait a couple of hours, but I thought that the service was excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised when my car was washed at the end of everything! The waiting area and bathrooms were clean, had WiFi, and there was a complementary coffee machine with a wide variety of choices.
A+ customer service, Moses Mogene was a great help and was very patient throughout the process.
When I say that this dealership went above and beyond to get me into the exact car that I wanted and with a payment I was comfortable with, it would be an understatement. Eddie, Anthony and Hakeem were amazing! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others!

I just purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from I-95 Nissan. I worked with John, who is a great salesman. He was very professional and provided all the information I needed to make my choice of a vehicle. The other I-95 team members were very thorough and helped me to switch over my license plate so that I did not have to visit DMV. Would leave 6 stars, if I could. Rather than sink money into my older Altima, I opted to go for a newer, used certified one at I95 Nissan. No regrets. The team here....sales (Bobby), service/detailing (Colin) and finance (Ronnie) was top notch. The new manager, Eddie, couldn't do enough to ensure my total satisfaction. They listened to my needs, both financial and lifestyle, and got me into a car that I love!
Not only is my "new" Altima with low mileage, clean, classy leather interior and safety features, it also came with the remaining Nissan warranty!

Just recently bought a new Rogue from Stanley Kirtley. Wow what a amazing experience. Hate dealing with car salesman and dealerships and Mr. Kirtley made this whole experience stress free. I bought my new Nissan from this place and I have not had anything but a bad experience from the very beginning. The financing process was a nightmare. Nothing that was explained was what it ended up being in the end. I was told that they would take care the title transfer for my car that I traded in and didn’t have to worry but needless to say I had to obtain my own new copy of the title from the State of Ohio. I had to resign documents that were not completed the first time.
